It all starts with a clean slate. The surface is wiped clean of all intrusions. Any record of any existence is destroyed without mercy. Some refugees have fled to a new location in attempt to be able to rebuild their civilization after the purge. Only the strong, the elders, and the vital are safe in the bunker, while all other citizens are executed in a quick genocide. Fire rains down upon the land which is terraformed into a totally flat plane. The survivors return and start anew, rebuilding the foundation to a new civilization, free of outcasts, deviants and vagabonds.
